InTeR - Zeitschrift zum Innovations- und Technikrecht
InTeR (Magazine for Innovation and Technology Law) focuses on interdisciplinary examination of questions that German and European companies which are active in the entire area of technology direct at jurisprudence and legal practitioners. Among other things, topics include patent law, data protection and data security, product, producer and plant liability, all issues of intellectual property (competition law, brand law, design protection), technology-related environmental and energy law, legal issues relating to technical standards and standardisation, quality management, customs law and all adjacent technical areas – as well as specific legal issues of individual technical and technological sectors (e.g. medical technology, biological and genetic technology or energy technology).
