Zeitschrift für das gesamte Lebensmittelrecht (Periodical for all Food Law) is the leading specialist journal for food law in the German language that is devoted to German as well as European food law. English articles appear occasionally in addition to English summaries of the German-language essays. ZLR publishes jurisprudential treatises and also provides information on the status of legislation as well as the latest developments in the food industry and nutritional science. As an interdisciplinary forum, ZLR fulfils an important function in an area of the law that is gaining in economic importance to an increasing degree.
