ZHR (Periodical for Overall Commercial and Business Law) focuses on the area of commercial, company and business law and thus contributes towards its continued development and academic analysis. Focus areas in this context are the compilation and systematic categorisation of material developments in legal and business practice, strengthening awareness of new theoretical knowledge in the interest of its dissemination and implementation in business practice and the analysis of the decision-making practices of courts and authorities with regard to tendencies in the development of law.
